  • you need two EXAMPLES, real life situations which serve as cases
  • at least one should be found and summarized immediately; start searching for the second case

  • each case study should take at least one page to adequately explain
  • (remember, assume your audience does not know about this topic/case)

• Refine WHAT you are trying to teach your audience:

• Periodical - find another reference using the ACM Digital Library Portal

• Find a critical reader: find one(1) Staff member and/or someone off-campus to read, edit and comment on your work to date (remember: once mounted on the web server, your work could be read by an extremely large and diverse audience).
